Our assistance services for ordering NWSL parts and tools begins here. Please read. We are not NorthWest Short line. We are not paid by NWSL. We have a long association with NWSL; we are familiar with their products  and, important to you, we have the knowledge and understanding on how to determine and order the correct products for your needs.

NWSL is difficult to contact without a lot of patience. They are located just outside of Kila, MT, with virtually no labor pool to tap into. They are understaffed and cannot staff a telephone to step you thru the complexities of some of the products they offer. They must restrict communication to email. We urge you to address your orders via  email to sales@nwsl.com and be patient. They are interested in every query and will get to your order as soon as they can.

However, if you have an urgent need concerning products that require technical assistance, especially concerning wheels, gears and gear boxes, motors, power units, re-power kits, etc. that may require more detailed information concerning your needs, we offer research assistance services. 

Yes, we will charge you money. We have been answering questions and assisting many of their customers for several years. Yet our time is dedicated to the repair and customizing other peoples' models; we are not a retailer nor do we stock parts for resale. Please review our service charges below.
